Simten Developments and building owners Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) are bringing forward proposals to revitalise a group of buildings in the south-west corner of Soho Square.
Current 31-32 Soho Square building
Guided by Soho’s spirit of evolution, we are seeking to revitalise this site through a mixture of refurbishment and redevelopment.
We have spent the past two years working with Westminster City Council and local stakeholders to find the right balance for this site; one that reflects the best of the past, whilst giving these buildings the best chance of a successful long term future.
We are now excited to share our plans to the public and encourage all those living and working locally to take a look and provide your comments. To find out how you can get involved at this time, please see below.
Come meet us in the area or head online to find out more about our plans to revitalise Soho Square’s south-west corner.
Meet us in person
We are holding a public exhibition of our proposals where you can view the latest plans, speak to the design team and share your feedback.
