Simten Developments and building owners Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) are bringing forward proposals to revitalise a group of buildings in the south-west corner of Soho Square.

The site includes 31-32 Soho Square – formerly known as Twentieth Century House, 65-66 Frith Street, 10 Chapone Place and 22-25 Dean Street.

Guided by Soho’s spirit of evolution, we are seeking to revitalise this site through a mixture of refurbishment and redevelopment.

We have spent the past two years working with Westminster City Council and local stakeholders to find the right balance for this site; one that reflects the best of the past, whilst giving these buildings the best chance of a successful long term future.

We are now excited to share our plans to the public and encourage all those living and working locally to take a look and provide your comments. To find out how you can get involved at this time, please see below.
