As we look to commence this sensitive refurbishment and redevelopment of this corner of Soho Square, we have spoken to Westminster City Council, local amenity groups and members of the public to hear their thoughts. The views of Soho residents and businesses are vital as we refine our plans prior to submission.
Thank you to everyone who participated in our public consultation, including at our in person exhibitions and online meetings. We have reviewed all comments and a planning application has been submitted to Westminster City Council, which will determine whether the plans are approved.
