Revitalising Soho Square's south-west corner

The site sits at the south-west corner of Soho Square and includes the iconic Twentieth Century House (known as 31–32 Soho Square), 65–66 Frith Street, 10 Chapone Place, and 22–25 Dean Street. The buildings surround Soho Square, the only free green space in Soho, providing a place to relax and recharge in a busy central London location.

Piecemeal upgrades have come forward to improve these buildings over time, but in the case of 31–32 Soho Square, they have not been enough to ensure it can continue to attract occupiers.

As a result, the building now sits empty, boarded up and detracting from the iconic Soho Square it proudly sits on, and no longer adding value to the local economy.

Reimagining the potential value these buildings could bring to the area is essential to ensure it positively contributes to the surrounding area.
